News
- Parish
Council Meetings are
usually held on the third Friday of each month. The
next meeting will be held on Friday 18th May 2012
at 7pm. The AGM will also be held at that time.
- The
Queen's Diamond Jubilee Celebrations. Preparations
are underway for Cliviger's celebrations of the Queen's
Diamond Jubilee. On Saturday 2nd June there will be
a Fun Day between 11 am - 3 pm, followed by a Ceilidh
in the evening (7.30pm). Further details to follow.
- St
John the Divine C of E Church requires an
organist for Sunday Services, plus weddings, funerals
and ceremonial days. For more information, please
contact David
Heginbotham.
- Dog
Owners - the Parish Council would like to
remind you that it is your responsibility to clean
up after your dog. The penalty for not doing so can
be an 'on the spot' fine of £50, or, prosecution
in the Magistrates Court which could incur a fine
of up to £1,000.

- PCSO
News - It has been announced that the funding
for our Police Community Support Officers has been
secured until March 2013. Cliviger's nationally-recognised
PCSO is Dave Johnson - for more information on how
